United States One Dollar Silver Certificate with HAWAII overprint.

Dr. Doty writes," I picked up an Hawaiian overprint dollar short snorter in 2003. Only thing odd about it was that I picked
it up at a coin show in Modena, Italy. Wonder how it got over there? Paid the equivalent of thirteen dollars for it."
