This short snorter has eight handwritten signatures and is dated "Yalta-Crimea - February 3-12-'45." Signatures include
those of Harry Hopkins and Anna Roosevelt. The following is written in ink around the border: "President Roosevelt -
Prime Minister Churchill Short Snorter - Steve Early Marshall Stalin" (none of these people autographed the bill). This
note is catalog number MO 73.75 and was displayed in the F.D.R. Presidential Library and Museum temporary exhibit,
"Freedom From Fear: FDR Commander In Chief" which closed at the end of 2007.
